For gyms
Doctor on the Spot. A medical concierge inside your gym.
A stone station on your floor and a licensed clinician on video. Members consult in minutes, prescriptions are written only when clinically appropriate, and the kit ships home or waits at the front desk.
Availability varies by state. Prescriptions are issued only by independent licensed clinicians when appropriate. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

The station
One stone, one screen, one kit.
Counter height, two steps from the front desk. Nothing to plug in but one feed in the base; nothing on the stone but the plaque.

- 01iPad Pro 13" on an articulating mount
Landscape, matte privacy film. Tilts 15° and turns 90° for seated or standing members. Locked, charged and updated from the mount.
- 02Backlit white-oak niche
A 66 × 34 cm opening with a 2700 K strip light. The kit on display: the pouch, the container and two cartons.
- 03Engraved bronze plaque
Brushed bronze, 37 × 8 cm, flush-set, engraved with the mitoss wordmark. Your own name can sit beside it.
- 04Concealed cable chase
One power feed enters through the base; the chase runs inside the plinth and up the arm. No visible cables.
- 05Levelling feet
Four hidden feet with 15 mm of adjustment, so the stone sits true on any floor. Installed and levelled in one visit.

Sealed stone, oiled oak, lacquered bronze. Wipe-clean, no visible fixings. Dimensions are the standard station; the plinth is cut to order.
The visit
The screen, as members meet it.
Three steps on the iPad: choose what to discuss, answer a few short questions, see a licensed clinician on video. About ten minutes, and the visit can move to the member’s phone with one tap.
Screens simulated. Identity and consent are confirmed on screen before the visit; answers are seen only by the clinician. Prescription required. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate.
Where there is no floor space
The shelf by the vanity.
Where members already talk honestly. The same kit and screen hang from the wall: a wall-hung travertine shelf with the plaque, and the iPad on a wall-mounted arm above it.

Privacy film narrows the viewing angle. The consult moves to the member’s phone with one tap, so no one has to speak about their health in an open room.
The shelf holds display pieces only. Kits are collected at the front desk or shipped home, never handed out in the locker room.

How it works for the gym
Installed in two weeks. Running from day one.
Your gym never prescribes, dispenses or sells medication. Mitoss brings the clinicians, the pharmacy, the kit and the follow-up; you bring the floor.

One visit to level and connect: a single power feed, the iPad provisioned and locked, staff trained the same afternoon.

A short intake, then live video with a licensed clinician. Prescriptions only if clinically appropriate; the visit can move to the member’s phone at any point.

Prepared by a US state-licensed pharmacy and delivered cold to the member’s home, or held at the front desk for collection after training.
Two models, one medical backbone
Your name on the kit. Our medicine behind it.
Doctor on the Spot carries the mitoss name under your gym’s programme. Private label puts your gym’s own name on the pouch and the container, with a small line that says who prescribed it.

Shown with a placeholder name; final artwork uses your gym’s own logo and brand standards. What is prescribed, if anything, is decided by the clinician on the visit, never by the gym.
The kit
What the member takes home.
The insulated pouch, the container in the member’s name, sealed syringes, the ice pack and the card with their directions. Shipped cold, or held at the front desk.

Roll-ups · 85 × 200 cm
Three lines, for the floor.
One by the entrance, one in the corridor, one beside the station. Every piece carries the same line: a licensed clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate.
A doctor,
between sets.

Licensed clinicians, inside your gym. About ten minutes, on the iPad by the front desk.
Your prescription.
On the spot.

Prescribed on video, if clinically appropriate. Prepared by a licensed pharmacy and delivered in the kit.
Your gym’s own
health line.

Recovery, weight, hormones, hair and sexual health. One licensed clinician network, built for members.
Through the gym
The station, through the gym.
On the training floor, in the corridor, by the entrance and in the locker room. One object, in your materials.
